about me

I am a post-graduate in Applied Statistics & Analytics, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on society through data-driven insights. Two significant moments have had a profound influence on my life: my birth, which marked the beginning of my journey, and the life-changing decision to pursue B.Sc. in Statistics.

Prior to that, I was unsure about my career path after completing high school, except for knowing that Engineering wasn't my calling. However, that uncertainty vanished when I encountered the world of Statistics. From that point on, I have been enamored with exploring data, conducting insightful analyses, and effectively communicating the stories embedded within the data.

I look forward to contributing towards the betterment of the society whilst improving my skillset

  • • Transformed our existing rule-based chatbot into a conversational AI-based chatbot using Generative AI (prototype), to streamline query resolution and improve user satisfaction.
  • • Developed 2 automation trackers to monitor different work processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
  • • Result: Reduced process times from manual to under 1 minute and 15 minutes respectively.
